Spanish-first campaigns
Medical, legal, repair and home-service ads run in Spanish with their own landing pages, as 46.2% of residents speak Spanish at home. Call tracking shows whether those calls justify a larger share of budget.

Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsTwo Davenports share one name. One is the Davenport Historic District, 32 acres and 28 buildings from the 1920s, where a customer walks in off the sidewalk. The other is a swarm of new communities, ZIP codes and shopping centers that grew from 2,888 residents in 2010 to 9,043 in 2020 and 15,068 by 2023, where almost nobody has walked into anything yet and everyone starts with a phone. Search ads can reach the second Davenport at the moment it needs a plumber, a pediatrician or a pool service.
For companies along the US 17/92 corridor and out to the I-4 junction, we provide Google Ads management that includes search campaigns, landing pages for each service and area, call and form tracking, and a monthly report from a dedicated account manager. Bing Ads and Meta Ads are optional extras for later. You sign no contract and pay no setup fee, and billing runs month to month.

Where campaigns focus
Davenport customers name their community, not their ZIP code. These nine places, from the Davenport Historic District to Davenport High School,, from our research, would anchor locations, exclusions and the landing pages behind each ad.
| Area | Why it matters for search |
|---|---|
| Davenport Historic District | The downtown district bounded by Suwannee and Orange Avenues holds the 1927 brick schoolhouse and The Mart, so walk-in food and service ads can use a very small radius. |
| Tom Fellows Community and Event Center | A 40,000-square-foot center with gyms and a banquet hall for leagues and events, where party, catering and sports-gear ads can time to the event calendar. |
| Northeast Regional Park | An 83-acre county park with six athletic fields draws families on game days, so ads for snacks, gear and urgent care can run weekends near it. |
| Lewis Mathews Sports Complex | The ball-field complex with new diamonds and long fields adds more youth-sports traffic, suited to short campaigns around registration and tournaments. |
| Posner Park | The retail center at the I-4 and US 27 junction carries Davenport mailing labels though it sits beside Haines City, so target it by location, not by city label. |
| US 17/92 corridor | Most local storefronts and strip centers sit along this road toward Haines City and Kissimmee, so storefront campaigns should follow the road with open-now text. |
| ChampionsGate | A master-planned golf community in Osceola County whose ZIP code carries the Davenport name and is marketed for vacation stays, so caretaker and cleaning ads should name the community directly. |
| Bargain Barn Road | A small industrial road where J & N Stone makes veneer stone, a place for weekday supplier and contractor-supply campaigns with a direct line. |
| Davenport High School | The high school that opened in 2021 anchors family searches around the school year, a useful frame for tutoring, auto and insurance ads. |
Areas named from public sources (city, county and regional organizations). Boundaries are informal; people search by the names they use.
Local demand
The mix is unusual. Only 6.8% of households rent, against 34.2% in the typical Florida city, while 27.1% of residents are under 18 (19.2% is typical) and the median age is 35.2. The city's population is up 61.4% since 2020. This is a market of recent buyers with children, not renters, so ads for roofing, pest control, lawn care, pools, insurance and pediatric care meet households that own something to maintain. The city manager said in 2022 that about 100 new families moved in each month, which keeps demand arriving.
Language is a first-order variable. 46.2% of residents speak Spanish at home, against 12.6% typical, and 18.8% were born abroad. Hispanic or Latino residents were 49.7% of the 2020 population, up from 28.8% in 2010. For that reason a Spanish ad group, with ad copy and a landing page written in Spanish rather than machine-translated, is a core campaign here, not a side test. Phone numbers should reach someone who speaks Spanish if the ads promise it.
Time is the other first-order variable. 46.3% of workers commute 45 minutes or more, and only 10.9% work from home. Walt Disney World Resort is about 15 miles away and is listed as a leading employer for residents, so many search before dawn, on a break or late in the evening. Ad schedules that cover early and late hours, plus call extensions that show when someone will answer, convert those windows. Unemployment is 2.6% and median household income is $64,428 (typical: $67,722), so many households are paid but pressed for time.
Addresses mislead. Davenport has three ZIP codes, and ChampionsGate uses 33896, while other newer communities beyond the city limits use Davenport mailing addresses, so customers describe locations by community name or shopping center. 12.4% of homes are held for seasonal, recreational or occasional use (5.2% is typical). Location targeting should therefore use radius settings and named places, not ZIP codes or the city label, or budget will drift to the wrong side of a line. At county level, Polk County has 59 roofing contractors and 327 landscaping services.
What the plan emphasizes
Real copy, real callbacks
Medical, legal, repair and home-service ads run in Spanish with their own landing pages, as 46.2% of residents speak Spanish at home. Call tracking shows whether those calls justify a larger share of budget.
Named places as targets
Because three ZIP codes and several outside communities use the Davenport label, locations are set by radius around Posner Park, ChampionsGate or the US 17/92 corridor. Exclusions stop budget from leaking to cities you do not serve.
For 46.3% long commuters
Searches arrive before dawn and after a drive that 46.3% of workers make for 45 minutes or more, so schedules cover those hours, with tap-to-call and visible hours in the ad. The monthly report compares time windows so spending follows calls.
Pest, lawn, pool, roof
With only 6.8% of households renting, campaigns for roofing, pest control, lawn and pool care speak to owners. Each service gets its own ad group and page, with call tracking that separates estimate requests from idle clicks.
Around ChampionsGate
Cleaning, repair and property-check ads name ChampionsGate and nearby communities and explain what a visit covers. Landing pages target owners who live away, and negatives screen out guest searches.
Parks, fields and classes
Short bursts around Northeast Regional Park, Lewis Mathews Sports Complex and the Tom Fellows Community and Event Center promote food, gear and clinics. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Bing Ads can extend the reach.
Language, drive time and shifting addresses set the priorities. The six pieces below fit businesses from the Davenport Historic District to ChampionsGate.
Buyers and advertisers
Retail trade employs the most working residents, 808 (15.4%), followed by arts, entertainment and recreation at 667 (12.7%), accommodation and food services at 539 (10.3%), transportation and warehousing at 526 (10%), administrative and support services at 496 (9.4%) and manufacturing at 475 (9%). Resort and visitor work is a large part of this list, and Walt Disney World Resort is named as a leading employer for residents. Ads for childcare, fast food, car service and urgent care therefore meet people who work odd hours and shop in short windows.
Retail anchors the shopping side. Posner Park, which opened in 2008, holds Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy and other stores, and AdventHealth Heart of Florida, a 202-bed hospital on US 27, serves the area. J & N Stone automated and tripled in size, a rare local manufacturer. Rental platforms market Davenport and ChampionsGate pool homes for Disney-area visits, so property managers and cleaners are also advertisers, though no verified count of such rentals is available.
Construction adds a final layer. Permits for 96 single-family homes were approved in November 2021, and the city manager projected 30,000 to 35,000 residents within five years of 2023. Polk County has 251 residential remodelers, up 79.3% in count, and 278 real estate agents, so a small advertiser should avoid the general category and aim at one service, one community and one landing page that shows local work. Pay-per-click advertising for Davenport companies repays focus more than breadth.
Where people work
Employment shapes who searches for what, and when. Here is how employed Davenport residents are spread across industries, from the Census Bureau's American Community Survey.
| Industry | Employed residents | Share of workers |
|---|---|---|
| Retail trade | 808 | 15.4% |
| Arts, entertainment and recreation | 667 | 12.7% |
| Accommodation and food services | 539 | 10.3% |
| Transportation and warehousing | 526 | 10% |
| Administrative and support services | 496 | 9.4% |
| Manufacturing | 475 | 9% |
Data: U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 5-year estimates (2018-2022), employed civilians aged 16 and over. Industries are where residents work, which may be outside the city.
Who else is in the auction
The Census Bureau publishes business counts by county, so these are Polk County figures that include Davenport and its neighbors. For each category we divide employer locations by population and compare the result with the median U.S. county: a reading of 2.0x means twice as many locations per resident as a typical county.
Source: Census County Business Patterns, employer establishments only, counted for the whole county. Crowding compares locations per 10,000 residents with the median U.S. county; it is not a count of active advertisers.

Many names, one service
Paid ads, PPC, pay-per-click, Google Ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads: it is one service, you pay per click, and we run it for Wake County businesses on a flat plan.
Google Ads typically goes first because people searching are ready to act; Facebook, Instagram and Bing come next. Whatever mix you choose, one account manager handles it all.
Our process
We build your campaign with the groundwork done properly: pages built to turn clicks into calls, keywords, ads, ad extensions and tracking for calls, forms and sales, targeted to the parts of Davenport you serve.
After launch we review the account often and tune it, adding negative keywords to block poor-fit searches, reworking bids and improving lead quality.
We lean into the ad groups that perform and test wider keyword sets, so your calls keep growing.
Your account manager walks you through a monthly report, and your management fee comes down as your account grows, which lifts your return.
Fees
One flat fee a month with no contract, priced by platform count. Your ad spend is separate and is paid directly to the ad platform. Ad budget above $10K a month? Let's talk.
FAQ
Pricing is a flat monthly management fee with nothing to sign: $895 for one platform, $1,595 for two and $2,295 for three. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google, Bing or Meta, and we set it with you from your own numbers, not a rule of thumb. The plans are laid out above, or view full pricing.
Some campaigns, such as urgent repairs near the US 17/92 corridor, can produce calls the day they launch. Others, such as a planned remodel, take two to four weeks of adjusting terms and pages. No lead count is promised. The monthly report lists calls, forms and the searches behind them so the plan follows real results.
It begins with your numbers: what a customer is worth, how many leads close and how many jobs you can take. Spanish and English campaigns are tracked separately, so you can see what each earns and shift money between them. About 46.2% of residents speak Spanish at home, so we agree on figures with you instead of quoting dollar amounts in a page like this.
Google Ads reaches a homeowner searching for a fix right now. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) can show a welcome offer to families in ChampionsGate or newer neighborhoods before they need you. Many accounts start on Google and add Meta after call tracking shows what a customer is worth.
Yes, though each city is built as its own campaign with a separate location target and landing page. A business on the US 17/92 corridor can reach Haines City, Kissimmee and Poinciana without paying for clicks from places it will not drive to.
It can if ignored. Posner Park lies beside Haines City, so shoppers may search with either city name. We target the shopping center as a place, keep your address consistent in the account and ad assets, and write ad text with the name people actually say, then review the report for searches from each side.
Promise only what you do, such as pre-arrival checks, cleaning between stays and repair visits. About 12.4% of homes in the city are held for seasonal or occasional use, and many owners live elsewhere. Pages with sample reports and clear response times earn trust, and call tracking shows which message brings owners to the phone.
Time them to the game calendar, with short campaigns before registration deadlines and tournament weekends. A radius around the park and the Lewis Mathews Sports Complex keeps spending close, and ad text can show age groups, dates and a sign-up link. Negative keywords screen out adult-league and unrelated equipment searches.
Usually a small one. The Davenport Historic District draws walk-in lunch and service traffic, so a tight radius, open-now text and location assets can serve it without a big budget. The larger spending belongs where the newest households live, and the monthly report shows whether downtown calls justify more.
ChatGPT now shows sponsored ads to some users on its free and lower-priced plans, and OpenAI offers businesses a self-serve ad manager. Targeting is limited to country or topic rather than keywords and measurement is still maturing, so we see it as a test, not a foundation. Google Ads is still where most businesses should start. Ask us if you wonder whether a small test makes sense.
