Because 16.4% of workers are at home during the day, searches for plumbers, HVAC repair, pet services and tutoring arrive between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. as well as in the evening, and a campaign built for a commuter schedule would miss them. A longer commute than typical (20.4% of workers, against 16.3%) means the rest of town leaves early and searches again after dinner. Ad schedules can follow both waves, and call tracking shows whether midday or evening produces the real jobs.
Two spellings of one neighborhood complicate keywords. Subdivisions such as Tuscawilla Trace and Reserve Tuscawilla use one spelling, while Tuskawilla Crossings, Tuskawilla Point and Tuskawilla Road use the older one, and customers type either. In Google Ads that matters twice: the keyword list needs both spellings and the common typos, and the ad text should echo whichever one the searcher used, which is easiest when ad groups are split by spelling.
The competition sits at the county level.
